Dental Philosophy
“I have always strived to provide the most advanced dental care for our patients, and be hardworking, thorough, professional and loyal. I love coming to work every day to see our patients and be part of a successful dental team. The employees of ACFD work so well together to make that happen. Helping people with their dental problems is my calling.”
Specializations
Dr. Hedlund enjoys all areas of dentistry. He treats patients from infants to seniors. The area of cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers is of special interest to him. A poor or embarrassing smile can lead to loss of confidence and self-esteem. A smile is something we should all be able to share. The opportunity to give a patient a beautiful smile is very important.
Family
Lou and his wife, Carla, are the parents of Maggie and Anna. In his spare time, he enjoys physical fitness, Husker football and watching their daughters compete in softball, track and cross country.
